Braswell N3010 power sequence problem

Hi,

I have a question about N3010 power sequence.

We power up the system without BIOS code, the PMIC is TPS650842 from TI. I check the voltage rail and sequence by scope, every rail is right. But after PMIC pull up VCCAPWROK & COREPWROK, the N3010 didn't pull up PLTRST(SLP_S3_N already pulled up by N3010). Is it no BIOS code cause this problem?

thanks,

Kevin
