Hi Hellen, thanks for the email. I was able to get it to work. I suspect the program I used to burn the Windows 10 image to the USB was in error. I tried a different program and successfully burned the ISO to USB and I'm writing to you now on a keyboard attached to the NUC which has been running fine for a couple days now.
