Hi 113688,

It seems an issue with the current graphics driver version on your laptop. Please send to me the results of Intel® System Support Utility. I would try to solve the issue.

See this image for your info.

Events do not occur daily, but almost. Sometimes but not usually twice or three times.

Effect generally not noticeable, hence not very urgent.

Hi eFFemeer,

Pre-build systems run customized drivers from their manufacturer; from my side is hard to know what the problem is. I suggest you to verify from your pc manufacturer website if you are using the latest BIOS and drivers (all).

I recommend you to open device manager and verify if all the pc components are properly recognized.

Hi Mark-E,

I reviewed your system configuration and I noted you are using the latest BIOS 1.2.2 and latest Intel graphics driver version 20.19.15.4454. Now, I noted your system has hybrid graphics, it means Intel graphics works together with your external AMD Radeon R5 M335; however, the Radeon is not using the right driver.

I suggest you this workaround, go to device manager, search for Radeon graphics card and update the driver using the version 16.200.2001 provided by Dell support website.

Also, update the Chipset and Management Engine drivers. Let me know how it goes.

Hi Mark-E,

Let me investigate this problem with my upper level and DELL support. Dell customizes our driver according to PC specifications. I would try to answer in 2 or 3 business days.

Please download and run Dell Update – Application. Let see if the application finds any driver or setting missing.

Hello Mike C,

Thank you for your response. All my drivers are up to date. I run the Dell Update and the software finds no issue with the drivers. I'll wait for your solution regarding this issue. I hope you'll find a way and great solution with this. Thank you.
