      Good evening Sir / Madam,

       

      An issue on Intel SSD 535 series.

       

      Detection problem after install windows. First install SSD at some of the laptop model and doing fresh installation of Windows, after done installation, it can use for a while about 10 minute, it suddenly Blue Screen and then auto restart and cannot detect the SSD. I try to reboot and it also cannot detect the SSD. After I clear off the power and detach the battery, it will detect back SSD and the same problem repeat again.

       

      Below is the laptop model run on the ssd:

      Lenovo Yoga 500-14HW (i5-5200U / i3-4030U)

      Lenovo Ideapad 100-14IBY (Celeron N2840)

      Lenovo Ideapad 100-15IBY (Celeron N2840)

      ** That SSD install at Desktop or other model of laptop is working perfectly.

       

      The ssd detail as below:

      Intel ssd 535 series 120GB,

      Firmware: RG21

      Serial number: CVTR5413082B120AGN
