Gigabyte GA-J1800N-D2H, FullHD scaling problem

Hi,

My HTPC connected via HDMI cable to TV.

Latest VGA driver from Intel installed.

I have overscaling on 1920x1080 resolution, and its no scaling option in the Intel HD graphic control panel.

Only "Maintain display scaling".

Win 8.1 x64.

Any suggestion?
