Hi Nezarn,
Intel HD 4600 supports Vulkan already. The driver is available in the link below:

Hi Nezarn,
The driver works for 4th, 5th and 6th gen Core processors. The summary provides more details about the compatibility.

Hi Nezarn,
Vulkam support is still limited; there isn't an official driver yet. 4th gen processors only support Vulkan on Windows 10 64bit. There are some known issues described on the button of the article.
Hopefully, a newer driver will be release soon.

I have Windows 10 x64 but according to vulkaninfo (that comes with the vulkan runtime that the driver installs) driver has 0 vulkan support.
Any ETA on the newer driver?

@Nezarn
The new Vulkan beta is already out - https://software.intel.com/en-us/blogs/2016/06/29/new-intel-graphics-test-driverdriver-for-windows-10-and-windows-781-15404473 NEW- Intel® Graphics Test Driver for Windows® 10 and Windows 7*/8.1* [15.40.4473]
But it still doesn't support Vulkan on Haswell and Broadwell officially.

Hi Nezarn,
I suggest you to keep an eye on the future Intel Developer Zone website releases. There isn't an eta for the new driver for Haswell and Broadwell officially.

I was under the impression only Skylake and later were going to get Vulkan support on Windows. That would be great news if Haswell and Broadwell support is in the works.

Unfortunately the next Vulkan driver will use the new branch 15.45.x (21.20.16.x) as teased here: https://software.intel.com/en-us/forums/graphics-driver-bug-reporting/topic/675133# comment-1882150 Vulkan driver instancing bug
That means support only for Skylake and beyond.
