    Skull Canyon NUC6i7KYK loosing power/rebooting

I keep the NUC to work through some files on a NAS device, it's a long 15 hour long ordeal. I come back and it's not working anymore; I get this Event:

"The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly."

      EventData

      BugcheckCode 59

      BugcheckParameter1 0xc0000005

      BugcheckParameter2 0xfffff8016eec7f18

      BugcheckParameter3 0xffffd00022018b40

      BugcheckParameter4 0x0

      SleepInProgress 0

      PowerButtonTimestamp 0

      BootAppStatus 0

      2nd one:

The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

      BugcheckCode 0

      BootAppStatus 0

It is impossible for this NUC to loose power as it is on a UPS with enough juice to keep it up for days. These unexpected shutdowns have corrupted many files on both my NAS and M.2 drive in my NUC.
