Hi,

I'm trying to set up at dual display configuration.

Display 1: DVI

Display 2: DVI -> adapter -> HDMI

When I boot Display 1 is working, once Windows has booted Display 1 says no signal and Display 2 is now working.

I have tried:

- Switching the displays

- Change resolution

The screens are duplicaded.

Hi,

Multi Display work not at Windows booting !

After Windows load the GPU Driver, all Display get Signal. That is normal.

Yeah, but the question is not about dual screen in booting mode. It is not working when Windows has loaded.

Hi johanl,

What is your motherboard, processor and monitor model?

Do you have the latest graphics driver installed? If not, try installing the latest version, you can download it here:

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26079/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-10-15-40-4th-Gen-?product=81496 https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26079/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-10-15-40-4th-Gen-?product=81496

Before installing the driver uninstall the one you have installed, please see http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005598.html Uninstalling the Intel® Graphics Driver and Intel® Display HDMI/Audio Driver

Once the driver is uninstalled, you can go ahead and http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005629.html Manually Install an Intel® Graphics Driver in Windows® 10 & Windows 8* or Windows 8.1*

If the troubleshooting steps above does not solve the problem, are you able to use a straight connection preferable HDMI from your motherboard to the monitor/TV or perhaps DisplayPort on your motherboard to the monitor/TV?

Regards,

Ivan
