    NUC6i7kyk Fast Boot problem

I enabled Fast Boot in BIOS and it worked fine, booting to W10 within a little more than 10 seconds.  But when I decided to disable WLAN and Bluetooth in BIOS, it didn't boot at all. It seems Fast Boot doesn't work when these are disabled. Did I miss something elsewhere to make Fast Boot work with WLAN/Bluetooth disabled?
