I received the results of SSU with the SD card and with latest BIOS versions.
Could you please confirm the model of the card? I got the card: Hynix HBG4e, S/N: c7f2301c
I noted it was formatted as NTFS; (win7) Is it correct?
Sorry for the delay but I took me a while to work out what you were seeing.
The Hynix drive is the built in SSD storage of the NUC5PGYH. My model is the NUC5PGYH which is identical to the 5CPYH apart from the fact it has Windows 10 pre-installed on a 32GB drive. This is why I really want intel to look into this and fix it as I didn't even install Windows 10 myself. Literally out of the box the SD cards won't read, without me "breaking" the system in some way with my own OS install.
As I said, my SD cards aren't being detected so aren't showing up in the XML provided. The SD card used at this time was a 32GB Sandisk Ultra Class 10 HC I.
Thank you for your update. Please try this workaround; otherwise, continue with the replacement of the NUC, maybe the SD card slot is faulty.
-Get into the BIOS and reset settings with F9; then press F10 (save changes).
-Download and install the latest chipset driver:
And try again.
