i7 6700HQ: nur ein kern funktioniert.

ich habe einen i7 6700HQ in meinem Notebook. es wird seit kurzem nur noch 1 kern angezeigt (CPU-Z, Taskmanager). ist es nur ein Bug? und wenn nicht, was soll ich machen Bzw. was sollte ich machen?

If this is an issue with the processor itself, you need to check with your laptop manufacturer for warranty options.

 

You can try running the processor diagnostic tool, this will let us know if the processor is good or bad.
