The driver you have above is a chipset driver, not a graphics driver. Also, a driver will not install with the 'have disk' method when it hasn't been broken out so that the '.inf' file is available.
It's not a sure thing, but I'd bet that Windows 10 already has already updated your graphics driver the latest available version.
What model of processor are you using, and what is the current graphics driver revision?
When i use the intel driver updater tool, it says to get this driver. My game crashes because of Null Pointer Exception and guides on the internet tell me I need to upgrade my graphics driver.

I'm assuming you mean the Pentium G630, which is a 'Sandy Bridge' based CPU (2nd Gen Core Technology). The 126.96.36.19929 driver seems to be the latest version available from Intel and Microsoft Update (Microsoft Catalog).
"guides on the internet" are not always correct.
