Hello Guys I have an ASUS X456UA 6200-U with Intel HD 520 GRAPHICS IT SAYS in graphics properties that I have 128Mb but when i got into BIOS it says that I can change it all the way up to 512 Mb in the pre-allocated DMVT graphics options after doing that and saving it still shows that I have 128Mb. Please help? I'd really apreciated it thank you in advance : )@

You will be changing graphics memory dynamically, this means that whenever the computer requires to increase video memory, it will do that automatically. You will never see the maximum screen resolution because this is dynamic.

In most cases, the computer manufacturer has already configured the system to use the maximum amount of graphics memory that is possible for your particular computer model. Sometimes you can change these values through BIOS level.

Thanks for the answer, just to clarify there sorry its in spanish where it says "memoria dedicada de vídeo" its still 128Mb even after changing it in the BIOS, suposedly I could change it after that, but if I can change the value from the screen I guess... there's nothing else that can be done : /

Adding more memory to your video controller is handled by the computer BIOS.

Check with your computer manufacturer if there are tips on increasing the amount of graphics memory for your computer model.
