    Cannot create ticket

      I am located in the netherlands When I want to create a ticket, I fill in all the fields and then click send, and then I get the whole week already System Unavailable Intel Customer Support Service  Request Management is unavailable.  We are actively working to resolve the system issue.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience.   -Intel Customer Support Team

          Let me apologize for any inconvenience, sometimes the tool gets down because it is being updated, so, as an option you can always contact our support department, through our support phone line, through chat or through email,  they will be more than glad to create a ticket for you and to assist you with any information that you need, on the following link you will be able to choose which of those options will be the best one for you, just select the type of product you are interested in replacing and you will get those options:
