Intel is still working on the Audio passthrough limitation with the latest Celeron, Pentium and Atom NUCs.
In regards to the issue with the SD card, could you please provide me with more details about the issue? Is Windows 10 giving you an error code?

By all means, create a new thread, but I've asked previously and just got the repeated requests to try each new BIOS update (none of which mention fixing SD card problems). None of them have fixed the problem and the final response was return it for repair. I'd rather not as it's my main home theatre PC so if there's a software solution I'd prefer that. As you can see from the image below, I have two SD Storage Class Controllers listed. Is this correct? You'll notice that after inserting an SD card (I've tried about five of them), Windows makes the "new hardware" sound and then it gains an exclamation symbol and when you check the properties it says Code 10. The device briefly shows up in the system tray for about 1/2 a second before disappearing.
The Management Engine driver is included with the chipset driver. I suggest you to install the latest BIOS and drivers provided below:
BIOS version 0054
Chipset version: 10.1.1.18
Intel® Serial IO Driver for Windows 10* version: 1.3
I tested with a Kingston SD and NUC recognized it properly, no issues.

All the cards I tested that failed were UHS-I which I was of the understanding that this NUC supported: Intel® NUC Kit NUC5PGYH Mini PC
I've since tried a couple of old 1Gb & 4GB SD cards and they work, so at least I know it's not a faulty unit. It does seem however, that the system is having trouble reading the latest high speed formats which I specifically wanted as I'm recording video to them.
The NUC model 5PGYH supports SDXC format with the specification 3.01. Your SD card should be recognized properly according to page 42
