Hello

I am a little concerned about the tempature on my intel quad core q9650 cpu.

I ran the program real temp and got these temps for the cores.

core 1 50c

core 2 43 c

core 3 39 c

core 4 40 c

are the safe or should I be concerned?

also could someone recommend a good cpu cooler which would be

better than the stock which came with the cpu.

thanks for any replys

as long as the temperature dun go beyond 80'c you are safe..

dun worry much..

The thermal management will handle the temperature control

Hi I agree with spirit, your temps are fine untill they go over 80 even 90!

The only thing i woould say is taht there seems to be a bit too mouch difference between your cores, you might want to see if one side of the CPU has too much or too little thremal paste compared to teh other.

I have read good reviews on this cpu cooler.

Tuniq Tower 120 Extreme

I have a asus p5b premium vista motherboard but am

not sure if this would fit. I have a full tower case.

Does anyone have this cooler mounted on a motherboard

like I have.

thanks
