Making a list of compatable Linux distros that work out of the box on the following NUC's:
NUC6i5SYH, NUC6i3SYH, NUC5i7RYH, NUC5i3RYK, and NUC5PPYH
Each tested with both x86/x64.
Installing Windows 7, see here: Easy Windows 7 install on ANY NUC?
If there is no OS listed under "Issues:" then it installed just fine without hassle.
Linux Mint 17.3: Linux Mint 17.3 "Rosa" - Cinnamon (64-bit) - Linux Mint

Windows 7 Ultimate SP1
Windows 2012 R2 server
Excluding WiFi Driver Issues:
Lookup the Linux distro support for wifi issue solutions.
Ubuntu- ethernet driver semi-broken, reports 100MB/s instead of GB/s. (on NUC 6th gen, not 5th gen)
Windows 2012 R2 server- so many broken drivers
Windows 10- Microsoft....everything....hate it.
Tails: broken wifi, broken ethernet, broken audio drivers (all NUC's)
Ubuntu- see my quick tutorial here: Re: nuc6i5syh only at 100mbps on linux?
Windows 2012 R2 server- gave up, after rewriting the generic display driver, too much time taken up
Windows 10- RUN FORREST RUN!!!
Tails: refer to above fix for ubuntu, however audio still doesn't work
Will do my best to continue updating the versions as they become available.
