Excuse for the delay on the answer.
In regards to your issue, I understand you are trying to use a resolution of 3840x2160 @ 60Hz; I review the TV specifications and the maximum and recommended resolution is 2560x1440@60Hz.
I suggest you to verify manually on the TV settings, which the maximum resolution supported is. If it does, please send me the full model of the TV and the current BIOS version.
thanks for your response. No, my monitor is U3277PQU not Q3277PQU. It supports 3840x2160 as you can see here U3277PQU AOC Monitor - AOC
Anyway - I was trying even in the lowest resolution possible - 1280 x 720 - and is not working. Same issues...
Forgot the bios version; KYSKLi70.86A.0034.2016.0503.1003.
And the video bios version: 1037 PC 14.34 12/23/2015 19:33:49
There are new BIOS and drivers for your NUC; I suggest you to give a try the following
Latest BIOS version 0035
Latest Chipset version 10.1.1.18
ME driver version: 220.127.116.113
HD Graphics Driver version 18.104.22.16854
HDMI 2.0 Firmware Update
I have exactly the same problem with my Intel® Core™ i5- 6267U with the integrated Iris 550. I have tested several drivers but none of them work. Will there be a new driver released soon or is there any other solution to the Problem?
The 6th gen processors are new, so Intel will be providing newer drivers for a while.
I suggest you to give a try to Intel recommendations for FIFA16
Intel released 2 graphics drivers; I encourage you to give a try to both options.
