I haven't been able to update my graphics driver for the past few months. Now it's starting to crash a lot and I still can't update it even using the Intel Driver Update Utility. Every time I try to update I get this error "this computer does not meet the minimum requirements for installing the software." What do I do to fix this?
I've attached an image of the message and my system if that helps.

Hi Shonicss4,
The pc manufacturers customize our drivers according to their settings; our generic drivers usually don't work.
I suggest you the following options:
Install the latest graphics drivers from Hewlett Packard website:
http://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers http://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers
The second option, try to install the latest generic driver from Intel's website version 4424
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25951/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-10-15-40-4th-Gen-?product=81497 https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25951/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-10-15-40-4th-Gen-?product=81497
Install it using the manual option.
1-Download the zip file of the driver from downloadcenter, unzip and keep file in the desktop.
2-Turn Internet connection off
3-Go to device manager>Display Adapter, right click Intel HD graphics and select uninstall driver (check delete box)
4-Restart the computer
5-Go to device manager>Display Adapter, right click over Microsoft generic driver select Update driver, browse search for graphics folder at desktop (step 1)
6-Restart system and review graphics driver version installed from device manager or Graphics control Panel.
Regards,
MikeC
