Hi KlasBell,
I these are the max resolution to your Intel® Processor, according to the connection.
I suggest you to install this Intel® Graphics Driver for Windows® 10 4th Gen.

Could you please run the Intel® System Support Utility and attaché the results?

How are you connecting your PC to your Monitor? The best way to go is to use straight connections (HDMI to HDMI, DP to DP, etc).

Hellen.

Hi KlasBell,
I am afraid to say that the only way to corroborate this, is comparing the resolution provide on the specs of your TV and the Resolution of your processor, but according to what you said DP – DP, can give you the resolution you are looking for.
These are the specs of your TV.

The problem is not support of resolution, the problem is that sometimes when changing resolution the image just starts to flicker from White to black again and again, and the fonts in internet Explorer gets bigger, and all the desktop Icons move to the left side of the screen, this problem was also in the early days of windows 8.1 but are now corrected

Hi KlasBell,
Let me know if the new driver doesn't help you; also in regards to your question; that behavior is part of Windows® settings. You can try the following steps:
- Right click on your desktop
- View – uncheck (Auto arrange icons)
Please let me know the outcome.
Regards,
Hellen.

I am using iconoid for auto arrange the Icons, the biggest problem is when changing resolution, sometime it just starts to flicker and the 4463 drivers don`t have support for custom made resolutions, do you have a Dell UP3214Q monitor to test it with?

Hi KlasBell,
Thanks for that information, but in order to replicate this issue, I need more information.
Could you please explain me more about this? According to what I understand you are using a third party application to set Windows appearance, - How is Iconoid* configured?
-What resolution are you changing?
-What are the issues you are getting?
Regards,
Hellen.

Iconoid is just a software that can restore the desktop icons when they sometimes all move to the left side of the screen when changing resolution, it has nothing to do with the problems
Sometimes when I change resolution to another resolution (all resolutions) the icons moves to the left and fonts (favorites bar) getting bigger in internet explorer, then I must use Iconoid restore for the icons, and log out from windows for a second and log in again to restore the fonts back to normal size
Often when I change resolution the entire screen starts flickering black to white and the change fails back to the resolution I allready had
