Something to try: Completely uninstall any existing driver version(s), reboot and then install the latest driver again.

I have the following Driver 18.1.1611.3223 , 15/03/2016.
I have tried to uninstall the driver and installed it again with no luck.
I have now done a full recovery of the NUC but still no luck.
Everytime with the following error:
This device cannot start. (Code 10)
Please give me some advice.
I googled a little on the internet and found someone with the same problem.
I did as follows:
1. Powered down the NUC.
2. Pulled out the power plug.
3. Waited for a couple of minutes.
4. Connected the powerplug.
5. Powered on the NUC again.
Hey presto it worked !!!
What might be the issue with the NUC?
