    Choosing voltage level

    Peter-H

Is there any difference between supplying 3.3 or 4.5 V for power input?

I've heard some components run faster at higher voltages, does this logic apply to the Edison?

          Hi Peter-H,

I understand what you are referring to, however, this is not the case for the Edison module. You can power it with an input voltage between the safe range (3.15V - 4.5V), and there is no difference if it's 3.3V or 4.5V, as long as it remains under the safe range the Edison will work in the same way.

          Regards,
