Intel provides English and Spanish support, if one of these options does not work for you try creating a service ticket at the following link https://customercare.intel.com/?lang=en-US https://customercare.intel.com/?lang=en-US.

Has this been fixed? I'm getting the exact same "system unavailable" message. Been trying to create a ticket for the last couple of days.

Well, perhaps you can tell us the magic trick to make it work? I just tried again (for, I don't know, perhaps the 6th time). Trying to do a CPU warranty return. Below is a screenshot of the main page. I press "Submit" and get the joyous "System Unavailable" page, as per usual. I'm logging in from Canada - does that make a difference? (This page is where the Intel Canada page directs support requests to anyway.)

I've had problems with the online Service Request too.

Questions for you with this problem: What Internet Browser are you using, and do you use an Ad Blocker?

I use Firefox, and I use an Ad Blocker called Disconnect.

I got my replacement CPU today, got over night shipping, use the chat support. That's how I did it. The whole process took about an hour and a half and I had my new CPU the next day.

I did try on both chrome and Firefox, both with Adblock plus. Neither worked.

I've tried firefox, Chrome & IE. I don't have an adblocker per-se, however there is some limited amount of ad blocking provided by our network router. (Still get some ads, just not all of them.)

I tried the online chat; it said it was connecting me to an agent, but never did. Just spun a circle for 10 or 15 minutes.

I used the phone line. Spoke to a real, and very helpful, person, got the return sorted out.

This error still plagues the warranty support site

"System Unavailable

Been trying all day yesterday and this morning to get my lengthy report of text in explaining my findings and conclusion that my i7-6700k just had its physical core 3 die and now the whole system is unstable unless I set BIOS to 2 cores only.

I need a replacement, this CPU is only a couple weeks old... and the warranty site is giving me fits.
