    NUC 6i5syh RMA times


      I opened a case about 50 days ago for a WHEA damaged 6i5syh.  Was told to wait for a fix, and a month later was told to RMA and the SR was closed.  The RMA was sent back, and marked as acknowledged by the depot 2 weeks ago.  No notes since, and I cannot submit another case or questions, as when I submit a ticket, the response is Intel Customer Management System Unavailable.

      I am curious if the NUC 6 RMAs are actually taking this long or if mine got lost in the cloud, and if there is anything I can do to check on it.

      I have been without my PC for 2 months now, and it sucks doing everything at someone else's computer.
