How to repro
Please provide steps to replicate the issue. These steps are very crucial to finding the root cause and fix.
The steps to replicate the issue - Nothing much. Just go and install the Intel (R) HD Graphics 5500 driver (V22.214.171.12424), also tried with beta version of the latest driver, as well as with version 126.96.36.19960. As soon as you install it, the screen blacks out. The only way to retrieve it back is to switch off and go to safe mode and roll back the driver.
