To better assist you please answer the following questions.
Are you using RAID configuration?
Can we corroborate that you have 0042 BIOS version?
Do you have the OS on the SSD?
BIOS latest version
Intel® Chipset Device Software
Intel® Management Engine Consume Driver
Not using RAID, BIOS is 0042 and OS is installed on the SSD. I Have been in contact with other forums also, and one of them lead me to a possible reason for why I'm having problems. My Seagate Archive disk are having some unreadable sectors on it, and this may cause the Jmicron Controller in the ICYBOX to operate badly and disconnect itself or the disk in question. I am getting a new disk today and will replace the bad one and see if I'm still having issues.
