How can I allocate additional RAM on my Compute Stick?

I have multiple Compute Sticks that I am trying to use for visualization of data flow. I see that these guys are equipped with a 29.185GB Kingston memory chip. It appears that ~22GB are allocated for the Windows OS. 2GB are allocated for RAM and the remainder I am assuming is utilized for backups/Ubuntu OS. I want to re-format/allocate the memory to reflect 4GB of RAM and 20GB for the Win OS. I have updated the BIOS for v0018 to v0031 with no increased functionality. I'm sure there is a way to re-allocate this memory so that the Compute stick can actually "compute".
