Hi,

I am looking for an updated Graphics driver for the following system:

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i3 CPU M370@2.40GHz (4CPUs), ~2.4GHz

Laptop manufacturer HP, Model Pavilion dv7-4130sa

OS version: Win10 Home 64-bit (10.0, Build 10586)

Device info (from dxdiag): Intel (R) HD Graphics (Corei3)

system has dual graphics (i.e Intel+ AMD Mobility Radeon HD 5000 Series)

Have tried Intel Driver Update Utility: tries to install Intel® HD, but fails with "unknown error".

So would like to try a manual install if possible??

Thanks for your help.

Best regards,

Hi,

To find the proper driver for your system I will appreciate if you could provide us with your system Dxdiag.

DxDiag Instructions:

Click on the &# 147;Start Menu&# 148; -> Type &# 147;DxDiag&# 148; -> Press &# 147;Enter&# 148; -> Wait for the DirectX Diagnostic Tool to finish loading

In the DirectX Diagnostic Tool, click &# 147;Save All Information&# 148; -> Save the file DxDiag.txt

Include DxDiag.txt as an attachment in the Intel Community Forum

Regards,

Ivan

In this case try to update your driver with the https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/24345/Intel-Driver-Update-Utility Intel® Driver Update Utility, or try with Windows update.

You can try those two options above and please see http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005526.html Supported Operating Systems for Intel® Graphics Products.
