Hi,

Did you try the latest driver version? you can download it here:

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26078/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-10-and-Windows-7-8-1-15-40-?product=88345 Intel® Graphics Driver for Windows® 10 and Windows 7*/8.1* [15.40]

It does not mention any of these games listed, please try it and let me know if it works.

We have seen other games that had problems being fixed with this version 4463.

Hello igpu:

I just wanted to check if the problem with the games still persists after you re-installed the operating system, or if now the PC is working fine?

Any questions, please let me know.

What is the model of your processor?

If this is a laptop, what is the model of it?

Any questions, please let me know.

Hello igpu:

Have you tried a BIOS update to the latest version of the board?

On the following link, you will see that the latest BIOS version is 1902, not sure if that is the one you have?

https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/Z170-PRO/HelpDesk_Download/ https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/Z170-PRO/HelpDesk_Download/

At this point, the next thing for us to do, will be to try to replicate the issue, for us to be able to do that, we need some information from your system:

Right click anywhere on the desktop and look for the option: Intel® HD Graphics control panel, once you open that, choose "options and support", then select "information center", and then choose where it says "file" at the bottom, you will get a text file, please attach it to this thread, so we can verify it.

Please install the SSU tool (System Support Utility), so I can get that information.

You will be able to download it on the following link:

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility

Once you do that, the tool will allow you to save the information as a file, so, once you save it, please also attach it to this thread, in order for us to see it.

And finally, please fill as much information as you can on the following chart, we need all that information so we can replicate the issue:

CategoryQuestionsAnswers (N/A if not applicable)DescriptionProvide a detailed description of the issue Please place an X to the right of the option showing how often you see this issue using specific steps. (Ex: 'Every few times a game is started it flickers.' <- This would be "Often")</span>Always (100%):

Hello igpu:

Thank you very much for providing all those details.

Now, the next thing for us to do will be to try to replicate the problem using the most similar components and configuration, based on the system that you are using.

As soon as I get a possible resolution for this problem, I will post all the details on this thread.

Any questions, please let me know.

Hello igpu:

I just wanted to let you know, that in order for us to be able to replicate the issue, besides the information you gave us before, we need the graphics report, the option should be at the very bottom.

If you don't see it, that might be a registry problem, so, please try to un-install the driver manually and re-install it manually:

Instructions to un-install the driver manually:

http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005598.html http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005598.html

Instructions to install it manually:

http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005474.html http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005474.html

Here is the driver:

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26099/Intel-Beta-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-10-and-Windows-7-8-1-15-40-?product=88345 https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26099/Intel-Beta-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-10-and-Windows-7-8-1-15-40-?product=88345

We graphics report is needed because it will provide many different details about the graphics controller on the system, so, for us to replicate this scenario, we need that information.

Let me apologize for any inconvenience.

Any questions, please let me know.

Hello Alberto,

i deinstalled Intel gpu Driver and installed the Driver v4474 beta. but that do not helped.

If any other guys have not this Problem, then it is my System issue. because i have 2 GPU Card.

I will soon deinstall my nVidia graphic Card from my System and test the Star Wars Battlefront with only Intel GPU in my System.

I post the resoult soon.

Hello igpu:

Thank you very much for providing those updates.

Perfect, once you get the chance to perform those tests, to de-install the graphics card and use those games, please let us know the results.

And if you want to keep using the graphics card, you can always do that, just remember that when you use a graphics card the graphics from the processor get disable automatically, so, in that case the drivers that you need belong to Nvidia:

http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us

Any questions please let me know.
