    Is it a problem with my board, or is it a problem with my memory?

      I am building a computer.  For my base I am using an intel DP55KG Motherboard with an Intel Core i7 processor.  I installed everything but when I turned the power on I am getting 3 system beeps.

       

      According to Intel's website 3 beeps mean “Base 64 K memory failure.”

       

      So my question is this: is it a problem with my board, or is it a problem with my memory?

       

      Possible Problems:

      -I looked at my Memory and it said that it was 1.65 volts and my Board is for 1.6 volts...

      -My memory is triple channel...
