The answer is NO. They are not socket compatible. One uses FCBGA1356, the other uses socket FCBGA1440.
Two other conditions are also noted. First, they use BGA sockets, which means the processor is soldered to the motherboard. Second, even if they were socket compatible and not soldered, you would still have to contact the motherboard/system manufacturer to see if the replacement processor was BIOS compatible.
So, in short, the replacement processor must be SOCKET and BIOS compatible, and the processor cannot be soldered to the board.
