Hi,
I owed the follow Skylake CPU.
- Lenovo YOGA 900, Intel® Core™ i7-6500U Processor, Intel® HD Graphics 520
- DIY Built HTPC, Gigabyte GA-Z170X-UD5 TH, Intel® Z170 Chipset, Intel® Core™ i5-6600K Processor, Intel® HD Graphics 530
Both Skylake series failed to have any DTS-MA HD and Dolby TrueHD audio being pass through via HDMI to my Onkyo TX-646 AVR.
However, I also have the following Intel CPU that works;
- Intel® Core™ i7-4790 Processor, Intel® HD Graphics 4600
- Intel® Core™ i5-3317U Processor, Intel® HD Graphics 4000
I had contacted the support at Gigabyte and they say that the problem is with the driver from Intel. I believe after trying on two Skylake device it seems very highly that the Intel® HD Graphics is the cause of this problem. I do hope someone could assist in the matter.

Hi RenaudS,
The embedded graphics on the processor (HD 520) supports dts-hd passtrough on win 10 64 bits. It is recommended to install Gigabyte graphics drivers.
