DDR3-1333, DDR3L-1333 @ 1.5V is the specification that your processor supports. You could try with the DDR3 1600 Mhz, but it is possible that this configuration does not even work, and if it works the processor will lower the speed to the supported specification which is 1333 Mhz. In this case, I would recommend sticking with the specification.
