What tools do i need to program an i7-6970HQ?

What tools would i need to program a mobile bios and mobile operating system onto a Intel chip like this one?? I am trying to pair this with other mobile components as well such as a lte modem, wifi modem, various sensors, flash memory, battery, main board, screen, cameras, speakers, housing, sd card slot, realsense 3d, microphone,

If you are referring to the drivers, try using the https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/24345/Intel-Driver-Update-Utility?product=79577 Download Intel® Driver Update Utility, this tool will help you to scan your computer for the latest drivers available from Intel.
