    black screen on start up

      My compute stick stopped working, it doesn't send video anymore. Can't even do the troubleshooting.

          Hello PatrickMatter,

          Thank you for joining the Intel communities.

          Remove any SD card, if installed.
          Unplug the unit from the power source for about 30 to 40 minutes and disconnect any other component from the unit, if there is any.

          Press and hold the power button down for 3 seconds. Release it before the 4-second shutdown override.

          If you are able to get the menu above, let’s try to do bios recovery, please see bios update instructions.

          If the problem persists, is it possible to test the unit with another monitor or TV that you may have?

          If you try this troubleshooting steps and the problem persists, please submit a warranty replacement for the unit at the following link:
