I would like to know if you still have problems with this. If you do, could you give us more information regarding this:
1. Which image are you using? Please run uname –a
2. Are you following the steps on https://software.intel.com/en-us/intel-iot-platforms-getting-started-cloud-analytics?
3. Have you tried to delete the device from the dashboard and add it again by using the Terminal Console?
4. Are you receiving an error message? If you do please post it.
