Miracast not working since release Windows 10

Hi,

Operating System: Windows 10 (10586.218)

Tested with:

1) Laptop builtin Graphics Card: Intel HD 4600

2) Laptop builtin Graphics Card: Intel HD Iris 5100

Since Windows 10 was released, both laptops with Haswell can no longer wireless display (Miracast) on a Samsung Smart TV. I've tried both Manufacture drivers and Intel Drivers, nothing works. This has occurred since instant update to Windows 10, it worked perfectly fine with Windows 8.1, just doesn't display with Windows 10.

I've tried clean install of Windows 10 (10586) + Windows 10 Inssider Build (14295), same results.

Please may I request for some assistance, and please may I request for you to test on your end on your laptops with the Haswell graphics card, e.g. Intel HD 4600 or Intel HD Iris 5100.
