However, if you are not familiar with computers it is safer for your personal integrity to take your NUC kit to a third party PC shop or vendor.
Todd, if you're not a hardware guy your troubleshooting steps are a bit limited. Can you provide some more information about the issue? When you say it doesn't boot:
Do you get nothing on the screen at all? If so, is the power light flashing? If so, in what sequence?
If you do get something on the screen, at what point does it fail?
Does it show a Windows logo? (assuming Windows, since you're not a tech guy).
Does it crash or hang?
Any additional information is helpful.
