Thank you for contacting the Intel Communities.
If you are currently using an OEM system (pre-built system that has a brand) have you looked for the drivers provided by them?
While using OEM systems, the recommendation is to download and install the drivers from your computer's manufacturer website.
This is to avoid losing any special features or settings while using the generic drivers from Intel.
You can find them by searching for the brand of the computer then support and then look with the model on their support page.
Here you can find the drivers available for Windows® 10, 32-bit on this platform: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25149/Intel-HD-Graphics-Production-Driver-for-Windows-10-32-bit-N-Series-
Some useful links that could assist you on this:
Manual installation of drivers:
Windows 8* and 10*: http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005629.html
Additionally, here you can find the system requirements for this game: http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri/requirements/assassins-creed-syndicate/12971
Minimum graphics would require Shader Model 5.0 which is included since DirectX 11 and the graphics for your processor support up to DirectX* 10.1
For that reason, I cannot assure the game is going to run properly in your system.
Shader Model 5.0 support: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/High-Level_Shading_Language
