I already enabled 'hibernate' option in Win10, everytime I click 'hiberate' from the 'shutdown' menu, the NUC seems to turn down itself first then reboot immediately.
I didn't change the default settings of BIOS (0039). Power options set to 'balanced'

If you have Wake from S4/S5 enabled, this can occur because of LAN and keyboard/mouse activity. Try changing this setting to disabled...
