please... can anyone give me an answer... is intel or anyone here giving support for Intel HD Graphics for an Intel Core i5 m460, for updating to Windows 10?

The Intel® HD Graphics first generation does not have driver support for Windows® 10.

Intel does not have plans to develop drivers for Windows® 10 for that graphics controller.
