I understand that your computer seems to be switchable graphics.

At this stage, try uninstalling any Intel(R) graphics and NVIDIA GeForce graphics driver using Windows Control Panel.

Try downloading and installing Intel(R) Graphics Driver first, then Nvidia.

For Nvidia graphics driver, go to your computer manufacturer's web site.

Check the link below and see if your games are listed. It may recommend additional settings you can adjust within game configuration.

Contact your computer manufacturer for additional information about this matter.

Hi, Allan

I dont think it is the optimization problem. The integrated GPU is involved during dedicated GPU is taking control of of the graphic.

This is pretty weird and i assume it is the conflict between windows 10 and driver. Since all you suggestions doesn't work for me, i will just try to clean install windows 10.

Thanks
