I am not aware that Intel develops hardware or software specifically from Israel. I do know that this would be developed worldwide.
Intel(R) Processor are made in China, Philippines, Vietnam, etc.

Nehalem was the microarchitecture which preceded Sandy Bridge, with Nehalem being a river in Israel. Nehalem, Sandy Bridge, Ivy Bridge, Haswell, Skylake, and some earlier microarchitectures were at least partially designed in Israel.
