Wireless display applications are supported for the Skylake generation (6th), you could find this information in the page 33 and 43 of this pdf: http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/processors/core/desktop-6th-gen-core-family-datasheet-vol-1.html
As per my research on this, the products that support this are mostly OEM systems or pre-built systems, and they have to be Miracast-certified (List of Miracast-certified products: http://www.wi-fi.org/product-finder-results?capabilities=2)
The support for desktop or costume build systems is not so clear so my recommendation would be to double check with Microsoft* directly to verify the compatibility with the desired generation of Intel® processors and scenario (desktop/costume build) you would like to use it with; you could also check with them if there are adapters that enable this in the PC.
