Does the i5-5300u processor support red hat 7?

I have a new Panasonic toughpad with an i5-5300u processor. I can load red hat 7. However, when I power up the toughpad I see a very quick message that says the OS was not tested with this processor and the screen is just blank. Has anyone be able to run red hat 7 on an i5-5300U?

Please bear in mind that any Intel(R) processor is operating system independent, you should be able to install any operating system. What you need to check is the compatibility with the motherboard and the other components integrated on the motherboard.
