    Warranty - Single Sign-On Error



      I've been trying to submit a warranty claim for my newly purchased Intel NUC6i5SYH. It started to have the WHEA error and there is no solution to fix the issue. I've tried to submit the claim through multiple browsers and multiple locations with no success. The error I get states:

      "We can't log you in. Check for an invalid assertion in the SAML Assertion Validator (available in Single Sign-On Settings) or check the login history for failed logins"


      My NUC installed components are as follows:
      - Kingston HyperX Impact - DDR4 - 8 GB - SO-DIMM 260-pin
      - Kingston Technology 120 GB Solid State Drive 2.5 inch V300 SATA 3


      Any advice on how to process my warranty claim would be appreciated.
