    Power Density co-processor

    tonyarn

Dear I am calculating the power density for a co-processor

      I have 4000 um^2 area and 4mW/50MHz

I d like to know the power density W/cm^2/1GHz

      if i convert 4000 um^2 in cm^2 it is =0.00004 cm^2

      and the 4mW = 0.004W

if i divide and multiply by 1000 i have 2000W/cm^2, which i think is very high. someone can help ?

      Cordially
