I have been trying to update my computer from version 20.19.15.4380 to version 15.40.18.4380. I have the program that checks for updates and then downloads it and installs it. I download the update, run it, and it installs successfully. It says that I need to reboot the PC for the updates to Finish, but when the computer reloads, the same old version is there, and the update has not been applied at all.
My Graphics card/CPU
Intel Core i7 6700u
My laptop is a Razer Blade Stealth.
Any ideas?
Thanks everyone!

Hi DevCat_,
You are trying to install the same graphics version. The last 4 numbers identify the version.
