    Question about RMA?

    EdmondK

I have applied for RMA already for my NUC6i5SYH. They told me to return the NUC body only. I would like to know do I need to return the original box of the packing + NUC body with addtional packing for extra protection?

          Hello, EdmondK:

Thank you for contacting the Intel Communities.

Intel recommends that you use original packaging when sending products in for warranty. If the original packaging is not available, you must package the product appropriately to prevent physical damage during shipping.

In this link, you could check under "How do I package my product?" some pictures on how you could send the unit back to Intel's faciliites.
