I would suggest you to get in contact with your computer manufacturer to see if your laptop is under the warranty, as they are more familiar with the total configuration of your integrated system and the way all the features interact with each other.
Please bear in mind that Intel sells parts to various OEM’s (Original Equipment Manufacturers), who then integrate them with other system components (power supplies, disk drives, add in cards, software, etc). These parts may be customized to the OEM’s specifications.
